This website and The Learning Loop Exit Plan are owned and operated by Enact Studios. These terms govern this site and Enact Studios products and experiences offered through it.
Linked products include StageScout Pro, ScoutTracker, BRAVER Conversations, DIVERGE, Get Out of the Bored Room, and the Creating Critical Opportunity Workbook. Separate product terms and written service agreements may also apply.
By using this site or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Descriptions, prices, and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.
The BRAVER Innovation Decision App is sold as lifetime access for a one-time fee. Lifetime means the life of the product, not the life of the purchaser. We may retire the product with reasonable notice.
Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay all charges incurred under your account.
Unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase, digital product sales are final. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@enactstudios.com and we will make it right.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Access to purchased products is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
Enact Studios and its licensors retain ownership of this site's original content, plan generator, frameworks, graphics, and materials. Third party content remains the property of its respective owners. Brand names and logos may not be used to imply endorsement or affiliation without permission.
You may save your generated plan and use it for your own internal business purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership of our materials or grant access to paid products.
You may not resell, republish, distribute, or create commercial derivative works from our materials without written permission. Product licenses are subject to the terms presented at purchase.
Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, disrupt the site, submit unlawful content, or harvest personal information. Do not scrape our materials at scale or impersonate another person.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect users and our services, subject to applicable law and purchased access rights.
Our content, tools, and experiences are for educational and informational purposes. They are not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice, and they do not create a client or advisory relationship unless we agree to one in writing.
Your exit plan is based on the answers you provide. It is a starting point for action, not a professional assessment or a guarantee of revenue, bookings, innovation, or other results. You remain responsible for your decisions.
A recommendation or LinkedIn connection does not include paid product access or guarantee admission to DIVERGE. DIVERGE is an invitation-only, 12-week innovation accelerator. Participation requires a conversation with Dr. Diane Dye and an invitation.
To the extent permitted by law, the site and its educational materials are provided as is and as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or suitability for every business situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enact Studios and Dr. Diane Dye are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected product or service in the twelve months before the claim.
These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer rights and any applicable written agreement remain in effect.
This site links to separate product sites and external services, including LinkedIn, Amazon, and Qwoted. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We do not control independent third party content or practices.
Our Privacy Policy explains how this site handles your contact details, answers, and plan. Do not submit confidential client information or sensitive personal information in the assessment.
